Qualifications

• Technical training or experience in high quality food preparation and service in a hotel, country club, convention center or banquet facility.
• Ability to follow written or verbal instructions accurately.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8-10 hours.
• Knowledge of proper and safe operation of kitchen equipment.
• Full understanding of culinary techniques.
• Excellent knife skills.
