Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down their station daily.
• Assist with stocking, labeling, dating, ordering, receiving and food safety procedures.
• Prepare food, including cleaning and cutting ingredients, and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers and snacks.
• Plate prepared foods based on the executive chef's guidance.
• Work with servers to ensure that orders are completed on time and in full.
• Wash and clean the kitchen and cooking utensils, and store equipment at the end of each shift.
• Ensure kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations.
• Check food prep and storage areas for health code compliance.
