Job summary

Aspen Skiing Company is seeking a Cook2 to join the kitchen team. You will participate in the preparation, production, and service of menu items under the guidance of the Chef de Cuisine. The role emphasizes cleanliness, timely execution, and adherence to safety standards.

You will work a station during service, support inventory, and ensure accurate portioning and presentation while collaborating with a skilled kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes for guests.

Qualifications

• Proficient English communication
• Guest-facing experience preferred
• Familiarity with baking, broiling, grilling, sauté, roasting, blanching

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, sanitary work environment and assist with prep and post-shift cleaning.
• Prepare and serve food according to standardized recipes and chef specifications.
• Follow daily prep lists to ensure items are ready for service.
• Assist with storage of food deliveries and inventory control.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and train others as needed.
• Work a food station during service, interacting with guests when applicable.
