Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a commercial kitchen or an equivalent combination of education and experience for Line Cook 1.
• 2 years working in a commercial kitchen for Line Cook 2.
• 3 years in a commercial kitchen with varied station experience for Line Cook 3.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all foods in accordance with standardized recipes.
• Responsible for opening and closing SOPs for the daily area of operation.
• Ensures all equipment, tools, and work areas are safe and clean.

Skills

Exceptional communication and teamwork

Ability to handle the pressures of coordinating activities

Basic knowledge of food products and cooking methods

Basic knife skills

Strong work ethic and attention to detail
