Job summary

Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. seeks Line Cooks at 1, 2, or 3 levels to join the Back of House. You will prep, cook, and expedite food for on-site, delivery, and to-go orders, following recipes and SOPs to ensure quality and safety.

Candidates must meet experience level per line (6 months for Line Cook 1; 2 years for Line Cook 2; 3 years for Line Cook 3) and maintain consistent attendance and teamwork. Eligible for benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a commercial kitchen required.
• 2 years working in a commercial kitchen (Line Cook 2) required.
• 3 years working in a commercial kitchen (Line Cook 3) required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all foods per standardized recipes and SOPs.
• Open/close SOPs for daily area operations.
• Maintain prepped food quantities and communicate adjustments.
