Job summary

Winter Park Resort in Colorado is seeking a Lift Maintenance Assistant for the winter season. You will provide Lift Dispatch coverage, coordinate with lift operations, mechanics, electricians, and patrol, and convey information promptly to the right people.

This entry-level seasonal role offers advancement potential and requires adherence to safety standards and policies. The base hourly pay ranges from $22 to $25, with region-specific benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience with phone systems and multi-line lines is preferred.
• Capable of professional and efficient two-way radio use.
• Basic knowledge of aerial lifts and related equipment.
• First aid card desirable.
• Valid unrestricted US driver’s license are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate lift operations and dispatch daily radio traffic.
• Track lift malfunctions and update maintenance orders.
• Inform Maintenance Manager of issues affecting maintenance quality.
• Maintain accurate event records during extended downtimes.
• Communicate with other departments for lift department needs.
• Create and issue work orders for unscheduled maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
