Job description

Give me the basics!

Our Seasonal Licensed Health Insurance Agents support customers with Medicare or Marketplace health insurance plans during the AEP/OEP season. A resident state license is required, but ResultsCX will assist with obtaining any additional licenses needed. Agents work with qualified live leads transferred to them, with no leads list to generate on their own.

Agents explain features and advantages of available medical plans, assist in bringing new members, and support current members with cost/plan analysis during yearly reviews. This is a sales position, but unlike others, it offers paid training and is not commission-based.

What should I bring to the interview?

• Education: High school diploma or GED required
• License: Resident Health Insurance License with CE completed

• Sales Skills: Charismatic, persuasive, relationship-building skills, ready to sell and close deals
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to navigate multiple systems while communicating with customers
• Availability: Open between 7am-12am EST, 7 days a week during season
• Pay Expectation: Starting at $21/hr during the selling season, returning to base rates afterward

Can I work from home?

To work virtually, you need:

• A Windows 10 PC or laptop
• High-speed internet (min 10 Mbps download, 6 Mbps upload)
• Ethernet connection to the modem (WiFi not accepted)
• Two monitors, 13 inches or larger
• VoIP headset with microphone and webcam
• A dedicated, quiet workspace

Additional equipment will be tested during the interview.
