Job summary

Arapahoe Basin, part of Alterra Mountain Company, is seeking a Legends Café Manager to lead daily operations at Legends Café and the Coffee Corner, supervising a Café team and ensuring welcoming, clean, and friendly service. Housing may be available and the start date is October 2026.

The role involves supervising a team, managing schedules and payroll, and coordinating with F&B leadership to maintain high standards in a high-altitude environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management or supervisor experience
• 2 years of cash handling experience
• Strong verbal communication for guest interaction
• Must provide own non-slip footwear
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
• This position requires successful completion of a background check

Responsibilities

• Supervise Legends Café staff of about eight individuals
• Create employee work schedules and process payroll
• Promote sustainability initiatives and practices
• Assist in overall P&L management with F&B leadership
• Interact with customers to ensure high-quality food and service
• Open/close Legends Café for breakfast and lunch and manage cash handling
