Job summary

2B Residential is seeking a Seasonal Leasing Consultant for The Plaza at Pinnacle Hills in Rogers, AR. The role focuses on greeting prospects, tours, and converting inquiries into scheduled visits while maintaining exceptional resident experiences.

The position offers a competitive hourly pay range with bonus commissions, a full-time seasonal schedule Friday–Tuesday, and opportunity to grow within a market-leading Class A multifamily company committed to service excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous leasing experience preferred.
• Residential leasing experience and Yardi experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional customer service mindset.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and host tours for prospects; follow up on guest cards.
• Ensure model apartments are tour-ready, clean, stocked with move-in gifts/snacks.
• Answer and route incoming calls and messages throughout the day.
• Receive and distribute all incoming mail.
• Plan and host after-hours resident events when needed.
• Prepare move-in folders and maintain business center, coffee bar and pet bar.
• Maintain accurate traffic records in Yardi and schedule appointments from phone traffic.
• Promote a quality living experience for residents and respond promptly to requests.
