Job Overview

The Lead Sales Associate provides excellent customer service and supports the General Manager in retail operations to ensure the store operates efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with pool and spa care needs
• Complete sales transactions accurately and promptly using the POS system
• Maintain a welcoming store environment
• Assist with merchandising and inventory management
• Perform open and close duties, including bank deposits

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, or currently attending High School
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
• 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience
• Ability to participate in the succession program
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with computers
• Ability to complete required training within two months of hire
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Pay

$13.00 - $15.00 per hour
