Job Overview:

The Lead Sales Associate will provide superior customer service and support the General Manager in all retail operations to ensure the store operates at optimal performance.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist customers with their pool and spa care needs.
2. Accurately and promptly complete sales transactions using the POS system.
3. Maintain a welcoming store environment.
4. Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
5. Perform open and closing duties, including bank deposits.

Qualifications:

1. Must be at least 18 years old.
2. High School Diploma or Equivalent, or currently attending High School.
3. A valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
4. 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience.
5. Ability to complete required training within two months of hire.
6. Ability to lift 50 lbs.
7. Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computers.
8. Ability to achieve placement in the succession program.

Pay:

$13.00 - $15.00 per hour
