Job Overview:

The Lead Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service and supports the General Manager in retail operations to ensure store performance.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with pool and spa care needs
• Complete sales transactions accurately and promptly using the POS system
• Maintain a welcoming store environment
• Assist with merchandising and inventory management
• Perform open and closing duties, including bank deposits

Qualifications:

• At least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent, or current high school student
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience
• Ability to complete training within two months of hire
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Excellent communication skills and computer proficiency
• Ability to achieve placement in the succession program

Pay:

$13.00 - $15.00 per hour
