Job Overview:

The Lead Sales Associate will deliver excellent customer service and support the General Manager in retail operations to ensure the store's optimal performance.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with pool and spa care needs
• Complete sales transactions accurately and promptly using the POS system
• Maintain a welcoming store environment
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control
• Perform open and closing duties, including bank deposits

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent, or currently attending High School
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience
• Ability to participate in the succession program
• Excellent communication skills and computer proficiency
• Ability to complete required training within two months of hire
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Pay rate: $11.00 - $13.00/hour
