Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal, experienced Cooks to join our team at EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Cook 3, you will lead in the kitchen, plan menus with management, ensure quality, train staff, operate equipment, and uphold health codes and sanitation standards.

You will also handle opening/closing duties, inventory, and daily waste records while working 12-hour shifts, including evenings and weekends in a fast-paced venue setting.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of back-of-house experience.
• Ability to read prep sheets and recipes.
• Basic math skills.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Review menus and orders to determine quantities and ensure quality standards.
• Keep workstation, coolers, and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and stocked.
• Use waste control guidelines and record waste on the spoilage sheet.
• Perform opening, closing, and end-of-day inventory in accordance with guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
