Job description

Join to apply for the Seasonal Landscaper/Groundskeeper role at BDS.

Location: Private residence in Windham, NH.

This is an excellent opportunity for a gardener or landscaper with experience mowing lawns and caring for properties, annuals, mulch beds, arborvitae, weed whacking, and weeding. It is a part-time seasonal position, approximately 20 to 30 hours per week, working on your schedule. Equipment and tools will be provided. The owner of the property will guide you and offer training and guidance on each activity.

Start immediately, with work continuing through fall cleanup until November 1, 2025. The position is available each year from March 1 to November 1.

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience as a landscaper or gardener, including mowing, trimming, and light pruning.
• Own transportation to the property.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Duties include:

• Mowing with an electric riding mower.
• Weed whacking with an electric trimmer.
• Pruning bushes, annuals, arborvitae, and trees.
• Light irrigation work, such as adjusting sprinkler heads (experience not required).
• Picking up brush and fallen limbs.
