Job summary

Caliber Service Management is seeking a Landscaper to perform grounds maintenance, landscaping services, and design implementation at client properties to keep exteriors attractive and well-maintained.

The role involves operating landscaping equipment, planting and hardscape work, and ensuring projects meet client specifications and quality standards. Flexible hours and outdoor work in all weather are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1+ year of related outdoor work, landscaping or grounds maintenance.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50–75 pounds regularly; capable in varying weather.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable record.

Responsibilities

• Mow turf at commercial properties with zero-turn and/or walk-behind mowers.
• String trim along walkways, beds, fences and hard-to-reach areas.
• Pull and/or spray weeds in beds and hardscape areas.
• Operate backpack and walk-behind blowers to clear debris.
• Prune shrubs to maintain healthy growth and a clean appearance.
• Plant flowers and seasonal plantings per design plans.
• Follow site safety protocols and record-keeping requirements.
• Maintain and perform basic upkeep on equipment.
