Job summary

Caliber Service Management is seeking a reliable Commercial Landscape Laborer / Equipment Operator to support maintenance and enhancement of commercial properties, corporate campuses, and public spaces. The role covers grounds maintenance, landscape installation, and safe operation of landscaping equipment.

Responsibilities include operating mowers and tractors, performing routine maintenance, and contributing to seasonal landscape projects while adhering to safety procedures and PPE

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commercial landscaping, grounds maintenance, or related outdoor labor experience.
• Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• CDL and/or pesticide applicator certification is a plus.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks including bending, walking, and standing for extended periods.

• Operate landscaping equipment including zero-turn mowers, tractors, skid steers, loaders, aerators, trimmers, and other commercial machinery.
• Perform mowing, edging, mulching, pruning, weeding, planting, and general landscape maintenance.
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of parking lots, walkways, driveways, and common areas.
• Assist with turf care, fertilization, irrigation, and seasonal landscape projects.
• Remove debris, leaves, and snow as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures, maintain equipment, and wear required PPE.
