Note: This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, with relocation assistance provided. We recruit nationally.

We seek hardworking individuals eager to work outdoors and maintain Epic’s landscape as part of the Horticulture team. Responsibilities include garden maintenance, green roofs, orchard, prairies, mowing, trimming, mulching, watering, weeding, and composting. The work is physically demanding, involving crouching, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Pay starts at $20/hr.

Requirements:

• Experience with mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools preferred but not required.
• Availability to work 40 hours/week during the growing season (~April-November).
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Reside within 45 minutes of Verona, WI.
• COVID-19 vaccination required.
