Responsibilities:

  1. Advise and assist customers in the selection and maintenance of plants.
  2. Assist in merchandising of products and services to develop new markets, increase market share, and obtain a competitive industry position.
  3. Meet with potential customers at the store or clients' sites to determine landscaping needs and produce landscape designs to customer specifications.
  4. Process sales orders, coordinate delivery or pick-up of materials, and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction.
  5. Provide design, materials list, and cost estimates to customers promptly.
  6. Perform all tasks necessary to ensure smooth operation of the division.
  7. CAD experience preferred.
  8. Require an associate's degree or equivalent, or six months to one year of related experience/training, or an equivalent combination.
  9. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 60 pounds.
  10. Be exposed to outside weather conditions regularly.
  11. Must be at least 18 years old.
