Job summary

Six Flags Over Texas in Arlington is seeking a Landscaper to support daily landscaping tasks within the Landscaping department, including greenhouse operations. You will help maintain the park grounds and assist irrigation efforts while performing general maintenance across park facilities.

The role requires physical strength, familiarity with landscape tools and irrigation systems, and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to keep the park looking its best.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of the operational aspects of machinery components.
• Previous landscape experience helpful.
• Experience working on irrigation controllers.
• A valid Driver's License and High School Diploma or valid GED.
• A basic set of hand tools.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to perform various physical activities, such as climbing, crawling, and lifting, from various heights on structures.
• Vocational or technical trade certifications.
• Demonstrable ability to keep accurate written records, blueprints, diagrams and maps.
• Highly motivated, self-starter, and ability to work well unsupervised.
• Must be able to stoop, bend, squat, and kneel repeatedly.
• Must be able to lift up to 80lbs.
