Father Nature Landscapes in Birmingham, AL, is seeking a temporary, hourly landscape laborer to join the Installation Crew during peak season. You will work Monday through Friday, 6:30am start, performing hands-on tasks across softscape, hardscape, and material distribution under the supervision of the Installation Crew Leader.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform intense physical work including lifting up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to access and navigate bulk yard, loading areas, and offices.
• Punctuality, collaborative attitude, and strong communication to meet daily goals.
• Reliable transportation to arrive on time Monday–Friday.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsabilités

• Distribute landscape materials: haul, spread, and level soil, mulch, and aggregates.
• Perform softscape installation: plant flowers, trees, shrubs, and lay sod as per design plans.
• Construct hardscape elements: assist in building retaining walls, pathways, patios, steps, and more.
• Operate power equipment and hand tools safely following OSHA standards and company safety rules.
