Job summary

United Land Services is seeking an Install Crew Member (Laborer) to join their team in Alabama. This role involves assisting in the construction and installation of landscape and athletic field projects at various job sites, ideally suited for individuals who enjoy hands-on outdoor work.

No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided. Candidates should be able to perform physically demanding tasks and possess a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required — training provided.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods).
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation and construction of landscape and athletic field projects under the direction of the Crew Leader.
• Perform general labor tasks such as rolling fabric, shoveling and spreading stone, and moving materials across job sites.
• Operate hand tools and small equipment safely and efficiently.
