An established industry player is seeking seasonal workers for their Parks and Recreation department. This role involves performing essential manual labor tasks such as mowing, trimming, and maintaining park facilities during the summer months. The Town of Blackstone is hiring seasonal positions with Parks and Recreation from May 2025 through August/September 2025. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Successful candidates must be able to perform manual labor including mowing, trimming, cleaning park facilities, general maintenance, and sanitation collection and disposal during the summer months in all types of weather.

The hourly rate is $16.00. Employment is contingent upon being at least 16 years old and passing a CORI background check, physical, drug/alcohol screening, and reference check.
