Job summary

Waypoint Analytical is seeking a detail-oriented lab team member to prepare soil samples, operate instruments, and document results. The role supports the environmental testing workflow and requires adherence to SOPs and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in a environmental laboratory is preferred.
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety protocols.
• Bright, detail-oriented team player with good documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare soil samples for a wide variety of testing procedures.
• Operate and maintain scientific equipment/instrumentation.
• Document activities and report results accurately and concisely.
• Assist with ordering and inventorying consumables and parts.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of lab spaces.
• Contribute to a culture of safety in the lab.
