Le Creuset in SAN MARCOS, TX is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to help create outstanding customer experiences during the busy holiday season. You will connect with customers, share product knowledge, and contribute to store sales goals with friendly, personalized service.

This temporary role supports daily store operations, merchandising, and inventory accuracy while maintaining Le Creuset's standards.

Qualifications

Previous retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.
A customer-focused approach with strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
Availability to work at least 10-15 hours per week, with flexibility for additional hours as needed.
Flexibility to work varied schedules, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Availability to work throughout the seasonal assignment through January 8, 2027.
Ability to stand and walk on the sales floor for extended periods, climb a ladder, and lift or carry up to 25 pounds.
Genuine interest in cooking, baking, entertaining, and the Le Creuset brand.

Responsibilities

Drive sales by engaging customers and achieving KPI goals.
Create exceptional customer experiences with personalized service and product knowledge.
Support daily store operations including POS transactions, replenishment, merchandising, and inventory tasks.
Maintain brand and store standards to keep a clean, inviting environment.
