Sur La Table is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to inspire customers through every step of their culinary journey. You will support daily operations, deliver exceptional service, and help drive sales with product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of employment.
• 1 year of retail sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Passion for community engagement and providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains expertise by staying current on products, actively engaging in available training, and independently seeking out additional resources.
• Actively engage customers, identify their needs, recommend relevant products or experiences, and lead a customer-focused, Guest Obsessed culture.
• Maximize selling opportunities by identifying customer needs and offering relevant solutions.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system and support daily store operations including opening/closing and merchandising.
