Job summary

Sur La Table, a premier cookware and culinary retailer, is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate. You will engage customers with product knowledge, support daily store operations, and help drive sales while upholding a best-in-class service standard.

You will work per store needs, including weekends and holidays, with a focus on delivering a memorable shopping experience and building customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1 year of retail sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Passion for community engagement and providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Sur La Table’s brand by creating memorable, educational experiences for customers.
• Maximize selling opportunities by identifying customer needs and offering solutions.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive, high-performing store culture.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system and assist opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and support inventory and store operations.
