Job summary

Wildblue Amenity in Fort Myers, FL, part of Troon, is seeking a Part-Time Seasonal Dishwasher to support a fast-paced kitchen environment.

You will clean, stock and sanitize dishes, maintain cleanliness, and follow safety procedures. Schedule Wednesday through Sunday 10 AM–4 PM; eligibility for health, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have experience working in fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes and properly stocks all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen, dry storage and walk-in cooler.
• Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and disposes of garbage.
• Performs daily cleaning of dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust.
• Stores all dishes and wares in proper areas.
• Adheres to safe work practices in job performance.
• Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, and cleans kitchen after close.
• Performs other duties as required.
