Job summary

Verdana VillageMaster Association in Estero, FL is seeking a full-time Dishwasher to join its hospitality-focused property team. As part of Troon, you will wash dishes, assist with food prep, and help maintain cleanliness in a fast-paced environment. No prior experience is required, and the role offers room to learn and grow.

We offer standard benefits and a supportive team, with work scheduled in a dynamic hospitality setting. Compensation is $18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Washes and sanitizes dishes, glassware, silverware, cooking equipment, and tools.
• Assists in stocking and rotating incoming food and beverage products.
• Assists in basic food preparation as assigned by the Chef or Food & Beverage Manager.
• Empties kitchen trash and disposes of garbage.
• Stores dishes and wares properly.
• Performs daily cleaning including dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust system.
• Maintains sanitation standards in assigned areas.
• Sweeps and mops floors.
• Alerts chef or supervisor of equipment breakdowns.
• Follows safe work practices and maintains regular attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.
