Job summary

Fiddler's Creek Golf Club in Naples, FL is seeking a Part-Time, Seasonal Steward/Dishwasher to support a fast-paced kitchen. You will clean, sanitize and stock all dishware, pots and glassware while maintaining kitchen areas and following safety standards.

The role offers a seasonal schedule and opportunities to learn and grow within a Troon-managed resort. Industry experience preferred, must obtain a Food Handlers Card on hire, and maintain reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to maintain reliable attendance.
• Willing to obtain Food Handlers Card upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes and properly stocks of all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk‑in cooler, sweeping, and mopping.
• Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.
• Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk‑in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust system.
• Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Cleans, washes, and sanitizes all dishes; cleans kitchen after close.
• Performs other duties as required.

Role Type

Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Responsibilities
