Responsibilities

• Shift Leadership: Oversee the kitchen line during high-volume breakfast, lunch, and après-ski rushes.
• Staff Scheduling: Build weekly schedules that balance labor budgets with variable resort foot traffic.
• Team Training: Onboard seasonal staff quickly on menu standards, kitchen equipment, and safety.
• Inventory Control: Conduct weekly inventory counts and order food, beverage, and kitchen supplies.
• Cost Management: Monitor food waste and labor hours to maximize kitchen profitability.
• Sanitation Compliance: Maintain a spotless kitchen that fulfills all local health department rules.
