Job summary

Woodward Park City, located near Salt Lake City, is seeking Kitchen Staff to help create a welcoming, high-energy food-and-beverage experience for guests and team members. In this role you’ll support daily kitchen operations, assist with food preparation, and help keep service running smoothly during the winter season.

You’ll thrive in a team environment, enjoy staying active, and be excited to learn new skills in a fast-paced mountain setting.

Qualifications

• Food and beverage experience preferred; entry-level candidates welcome.
• A culinary degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Experience in high-volume kitchen operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily kitchen operations, including prep, menu execution, and service flow.
• Prepare and serve menu items to quality, flavor, and presentation standards.
• Communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Follow recipes, procedures, and speed-of-service expectations.
• Keep kitchen and service areas clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready.
• Follow safety and food safety practices while providing friendly service.
• Adapt to changing guest volumes, business needs, and team priorities.
• Complete other duties as assigned to support Food and Beverage and resort operations.
