Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail systems preferred.

• Maintain product knowledge through training and independent learning.
• Ensure a customer-focused, Guest Obsessed culture in both the kitchen and retail floor.
• Assist chefs with class execution that drives repeat visits and positive feedback.
• Set up and breakdown of classes; prep ingredients and clean workstations.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation compliance and safe handling of tools and ingredients.
