Job summary

Burton Snowboards is seeking a Sales Associate in Santa Monica, CA to connect our brand with customers and the snowboarding community. You will engage riders of all ages and backgrounds, sharing stories about products and events, and help build a vibrant store atmosphere.

You’ll support daily store operations, assist customers at the register, stock displays, and participate in local events while contributing to a high-energy, community-driven team.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, social and enjoy engaging others.
• Able to effectively communicate with internal team members and external customers.
• Physical requirements include twisting, bending, squatting, stairs, lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods.

• Perform various store tasks including point of sale operation, shipping and receiving, stocking the floor, housekeeping duties and building visual displays as necessary.

Our Sales Associates provide invaluable connections to our customers every day. From Santa Monica, CA to Wrentham, MA each flagship store carries a unique vibe, tells a compelling story, and hosts events tailored to the community in which they sit.
