This role requires flexible scheduling, strong communication, and the ability to stand for long periods. High school diploma preferred; prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn product information quickly and stay updated on inventory changes.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales through suggestive selling and enthusiastic customer service.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay abreast of changes in product assortment.
• Assist in floor sets, pricing, signage, promotions, and merchandising per directives.
• Participate in inventory management and control expenses, minimizing waste.
• Follow policies on quality, sanitation, safety and legal compliance.
• Foster Cheryl's Cookies brand image through professional presentation and attitude.
• Process transactions at the POS, upsell add-ons, and follow cash handling procedures.
• Follow dress code and sanitation guidelines; support flexible scheduling including weekends/holidays.
