Job summary

Go! Retail Group is seeking a seasonal part-time store associate to open and close the shop, assist customers, and manage the cash register. You will ensure the store is organized, merchandise is displayed, and promotions are executed.

This role supports sales and customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions with the POS system, handling shipments, and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• One year of retail experience (or related field).
• Enthusiasm about being an impactful and innovative leader.
• Self-motivated, with a solution-oriented mindset.
• High integrity, accountability, reliability and responsibility.
• Knowledge of retail operations, sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control and loss prevention.
• Basic computer skills, POS system and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer on entry.
• Execute Five Steps to a Sale at every opportunity.
• Operate the Point of Sale system accurately.
• Provide comprehensive service by utilizing calendars.com, email marketing, and in-store special orders.
