The Salvation Army Northern Division Duluth Corps is seeking a Kettle Driver for the holiday season in Duluth, MN. This seasonal role safely transports, delivers, and collects kettles and supports bell ringers during fundraising.

Work is 30 hours per week from Monday through Saturday, generally starting at noon and ending at 8pm. The position ends December 2026 and requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Pass background checks and hold a valid driver's license.
• Meet MVR driver qualifications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform moderate physical work.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport, deliver, and collect kettles, ensuring secure handling and accurate tracking of kettles and tags.
• Provide transportation for paid bell ringers to and from sites and ensure equipment is ready (kettles, bells, aprons).
• Maintain kettles and signage at sites and ensure cleanliness and proper placement.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs and keep the vehicle interior clean and orderly.
• Work hours include Mondays through Saturdays; shifts generally start at noon and end at 8pm.
