Job summary

Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort in Hot Springs, AR, seeks a Post Parade Server to provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced casino dining environment. The role requires 21+ years of age, a high school diploma or GED, and 2+ years of dining server experience; casino experience is preferred.

Responsibilities include menu knowledge, upselling, accurate order entry via POS, and maintaining clean, well-stocked service areas. Teamwork and professionalism are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two+ years’ dining server experience required; fine dining preferred.
• Casino experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and handle several projects simultaneously.
• Physical job duties of all Food & Beverage team members.
• Able to interact with guests, staff and colleagues diplomatically.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, and courteous service to dining guests.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation techniques; upsell where appropriate.
• Utilize POS to enter orders and handle payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and setup of service stations, tables, and dining areas.
• Ensure compliance with liquor/wine service regulations and health standards.
• Assist other servers and support staff to deliver excellent guest service.
