Leap is seeking PT Seasonal Sales Associates for our Washington, DC boutique. You will engage customers with authentic conversations, share product knowledge, and provide personalized recommendations while contributing to a fast-paced team environment.

This role focuses on creating memorable shopping experiences, supporting daily sales goals, and maintaining a clean, organized store. Flexible availability and standing/walking for shifts are required, with commission opportunities and seasonal

Qualifications

• Retail, hospitality or customer-facing experience required.
• Strong communication and ability to engage diverse customers.
• Learn product knowledge and share brand stories confidently.
• Team-oriented with flexibility for seasonal priorities.
• Dependable and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor to support guest experience.
• Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
