The Leap boutique in Washington, DC is hiring Seasonal Sales Associates for the upcoming peak season. You will engage customers, share the brand story, and provide personalized recommendations in a fast-paced, team-focused store.

This part-time role offers hourly pay between $17 and $20, with commission eligibility and a focus on creating memorable customer experiences. Flexibility for weekends and peak periods is required.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience required.
• Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and building authentic customer connections.
• Strong communication skills with a diverse range of customers.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and confidently share brand stories.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and peak seasonal periods.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Assist with replenishment, inventory, shipment processing, and other daily operational tasks.
• Support opening and closing procedures and other responsibilities as assigned.
• Follow brand standards and company procedures to ensure a consistent store experience.
• Work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality throughout the seasonal assignment.
• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to support changing business needs.
• Help create a positive and energetic environment for both customers and teammates.
