The ideal candidate has 1+ years in luxury or premium retail, strong product storytelling, and a professional, engaging presence. You’ll work in a fast-paced team setting with opportunities to grow commissions based on performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in luxury, premium, specialty retail, hospitality, or another relationship‑driven customer service environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build authentic client relationships, deliver personalized service, and contribute to individual and team sales goals.
• Strong product storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to educate clients and create meaningful connections.
• Professional and engaging presence with the ability to confidently interact with clients, anticipate needs, and resolve concerns with empathy.
• Highly motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented retail environment.
