Leap is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Associates for our boutique, powered by the Leap Platform, to join during the upcoming peak selling season in Washington, DC. You will connect with customers, share the brand story, and deliver personalized recommendations to create memorable shopping experiences.

Support day-to-day store operations, maintain a welcoming environment, and collaborate with a team to meet goals. This role requires flexibility for weekends, holidays, and peak periods.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience required.
• Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and building authentic customer connections.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse range of customers.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and confidently share brand stories.
• Team-oriented mindset with the flexibility to support evolving store priorities and seasonal needs.
• Dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor to support an exceptional guest experience.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods.
• Ability to actively work on the sales floor, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
