Job summary

ESFM in Charlotte, NC is seeking full-time seasonal janitors to keep buildings clean and orderly. The role covers heavy cleaning tasks, floor care, windows, washing walls, and trash removal across a 24/7 operation with 10-hour shifts.

Prior janitorial experience is preferred. Applicants should follow infection control plans and safety guidelines while using cleaning materials and equipment in assigned areas.

Responsibilities

• Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans.
• Dust and damp mop floors following approved procedures.
• Move equipment and furniture for cleaning and place back in correct placement.
• Clean assigned areas with appropriate materials and equipment; sanitize surfaces.
• Washes walls, windows, furniture, baseboards to maintain a clean environment.
• Complete tasks as assigned by supervisor; adhere to federal/state guidelines.
