ESFM, the Facilities Management division of Compass Group USA, is hiring a full-time janitor in Concord, NC. The role involves keeping buildings clean, performing heavy cleaning tasks, and supporting infection control procedures in a healthcare- or large facility environment.

Associates receive a comprehensive benefits package, with online applications accepted only. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 6:30 pm, and the fixed pay rate is $18.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Janitorial experience preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy cleaning duties and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Keeps buildings clean and orderly.
• Performs heavy cleaning duties including floors, rugs, walls and glass.
• Collects and disposes of trash per procedures.
• Dusts and damp mops floors; moves and replaces furniture as needed.
• Sanitizes surfaces and follows safety guidelines.
