Job summary

ESFM is seeking janitorial staff for full-time and part-time night shifts at the Sysco Charlotte location. This role requires cleaning experience and involves heavy cleaning tasks in a healthcare-adjacent facility environment.

Shifts run 10:30 pm to 7:00 am with a fixed pay rate of $16.00 per hour. Candidates should expect responsibilities including waste disposal, floor care, surface sanitation, and general maintenance as part of a busy team.

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience required.

Responsibilities

• Keeps buildings clean and orderly.
• Performs heavy cleaning duties including floors, rugs, walls and glass.
• Disposes of trash following procedures and infection control plans.
• Dusts and damp mops floors and moves equipment as needed.
• Cleans surfaces and sanitizes areas to maintain a safe environment.
• Strips, scrubs, buffs and refinishes floors; shampoos carpets.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
