Cedar Point is seeking an IT Technician to provide user support and assist with the help desk. Responsibilities include addressing hardware, software, POS, and network questions; unpacking and configuring equipment; and testing new hardware and software implementations.

Perks include free admission to Cedar Point and Six Flags parks, discounts, and employee events. The role offers an hourly rate of $15 and requires 18+ to apply.

• Unpack, configure, install, and dismantle equipment including POS computers, desktop computers, laptops, monitors, printers, copiers, and any accompanying peripheral devices.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems related to desktops, laptops, POS, networks, cameras, and mobile devices.
• Assist with configuration and testing of new hardware and software implementations.
