Job summary

Cedar Point is seeking an IT Technician in Ohio to provide user support and assist with the help desk line on site. You’ll unpack, configure, install, and dismantle POS computers, desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, copiers, and related peripherals.

You will troubleshoot issues across desktops, POS, networks, cameras, and mobile devices, and assist with testing and rollout of new hardware and software implementations while enjoying Cedar Point perks and a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to assist with hardware, software, and POS equipment support.
• Strong commitment to safety and reliability.
• Excellent communication and guest-service orientation.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support users and help desk inquiries at the Cedar Point site.
• Install, configure, and dismantle POS and computer equipment.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, POS, networks, cameras, and mobile devices.
