Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Stock Associate for our New Jersey stores to receive, store, and merchandise products. You will assist with shipments, maintain stock rooms, and support sales floor operations.

You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and uphold brand standards while coordinating with a supportive team to ensure the right products are available when customers want them.

Qualifications

• Stock Associate should deliver high level customer service per training program.
• Strong communication with customers, team, management and corporate stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking retail environment.
• Maintain a positive, respectful work environment and teamwork.
• Follow stock processes, inventory control and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick, count and distribute products to meet store needs.
• Verify shipments on arrival and resolve discrepancies to keep inventory accurate.
• Replenish and display stock on sales floor according to Visual Merchandising standards.
• Greet customers, answer questions and direct them to products or locations.
• Report to Store Manager about lateness or absences and cooperate with team.
