Boot Barn is seeking a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate to assist with Receiving and Inventory Control. The role supports inbound/outbound inventory, ensures shelf readiness, and maintains accurate stock flow to meet sales goals.

The position emphasizes a service and selling culture, teamwork, and adherence to company procedures. It involves processing shipments, tagging, and data entry, with a focus on accuracy and speed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting inbound/outbound inventory processes.
• Ability to follow company policies and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build customer relationships.
• Process all incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy.
• Verify deliveries are compliant and accurate to Company standards.
• Prepare merchandise for selling floor and ensure proper ticketing and signage.
• Tag merchandise with EAS tags before moving to floor.
• Input freight information accurately in systems.
• Process RTVs, transfers, and markdowns per policies.
• Maintain productivity to meet UPH targets.
• Keep the stock room neat, organized, and compliant with guidelines.
• Adhere to local, state, and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Demonstrate professionalism in communication and teamwork.
