Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate to support Receiving and Inventory Control, ensuring shelves are stocked and ready for customers. You will help with inbound/outbound processing, tagging, and stock room organization in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, adherence to Loss Prevention guidelines, and teamwork to meet productivity targets while providing a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a retail environment

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; build customer relationships
• Process all incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy
• Verify merchandise deliveries are compliant and accurate to Company standards
• Prepare merchandise for the selling floor and comply with ticketing and signage guidelines
• Place EAS tags on merchandise before moving to the sales floor per Loss Prevention guidelines
• Input freight information accurately in the systems
• Execute RTVs, orders, transfers, re-tickets or markdowns per Company policies
• Maintain productivity to meet UPH targets
• Keep stock room neat and compliant with policies
• Adhere to local, state and federal laws and Company procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
• Demonstrate professionalism in communication and teamwork
